What is fire medicine? 42 Fire medicine is The House of 42 proprietary form of dmt. It is ceremoniously cultivated in-house from a plant source. DMT- Dimethyltryptamine- often referred to as “The God Molecule”- is among the most potent of psychedelics. When inhaled it induces an ineffable experience that can last between 10-15 minutes at its peak.

What does it feel like? We say that asking “what is fire medicine like” is like asking “what does one see when they look out a window”… There is not one answer. The one constant is: Ineffable. Fire medicine opens a portal to truly indescribable experiences. Perhaps most importantly, done right, time and again, these experiences can leave us better.

What does the process entail? The process includes screening, preparation, ceremony and integration support. Its stages are detailed below.

Screening: To ensure the safety and well being of all involved, all participants must pass a short screening.

Physical preparation: It is recommended to fast in the hours prior to fire medicine engagement, or eat lightly and early. Avoid pork, alcohol and all psychoactive substances in the days leading up to engagement- up to 72 hours. As with all medicines, best you can come well rested and well hydrated.

Non-physical preparation: Done right, fire medicine allows us the opportunity to rid ourselves from what no longer serves us. Prior to ceremony you may begin contemplating what you are ready to give to the fire.

Ceremony: We meet at the agreed place and time. We open with an introduction/ opening circle. We set the stage with an around intention, and an opening ritual. We then move to fire instructions, demonstration, dry run and engagement. Engagement may be in silence or accompanied by music. During each engagement other participants- if any- are asked to remain still.

Closing: We take time to close and ground properly.

Integration: The House of 42 servers offer integration support at no added cost. Those requiring additional support may be referred to a licensed therapist and clairvoyant seer we work with.

Rates: Below are the rates for fire medicine engagements in the different constellations it is offered. The house of 42 is a 501c3 and all contributions are tax deductible.
